I Want Something Sweet!

Just because we try our best to eat healthy and exercise to stay that way doesn't mean we don't have cravings for things we shouldn't eat.  Most of us will crave sweets from one time to another or, for some, on a daily basis.

One of the things I have found helpful in filling the need for something sweet is energy bites.  I have included a link that has recipes for a number of these. Choose the recipe that looks the yummiest to you and try it!  All you should need is a blender and a little time.
