Suggested Eating Plan

Suggested Eating Plan: I wrote this up for a client and thought perhaps others could benefit from it as well. The coffee section is for coffee drinkers, if you prefer tea or just water that is fine. Try not to drink while you eat as it inhibits absorption of nutrients.

Morning drink:

12 ounces water  

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tsp maple syrup

 

Coffee:

Organic-cold brewed-without sugar

 

Breakfast:

Egg-boiled or fried in coconut oil

 Avocado

small slice of toast/coconut oil (optional)

 

Snack: raw nuts and seeds

 

Lunch: this will be your large meal for the day/ check your current calorie intake so you don’t go over/ limit carbs and focus on lean protein and good fats

Dinner: meal replacement powder in almond/coconut milk

 

If you need to snack: choose fresh fruits and veggies with some hummus/ or fresh fruit.  Do not eat after 8:00pm.

 

Drink your water: ½ ounce per pound of body weight.
