Mixed Bean Salad

Please choose organic and BPA free cans if buying canned beans.

Salad

Look for non-GMO veggies

1 - Can Kidney beans

1 - Can navy or any white bean

1-2 - Bag frozen: corn, green beans (cut), baby peas

Dressing

1/8 - Cup vinegar (apple cider or balsamic works well)

1/4 - Cup olive oil

Your choice of seasoning 

Feel free to add onions or any other extra you feel will go well.

This is lovely over greens.
