Superfood Breakfast

1 tablespoon each of the following:

Milled flax seed

Hemp hearts

Cacoa nibs

Unsweetened shredded coconut

Chia seeds

Pumpkin seeds

1/4 to 1/2 cup berries of you choice

1 to 2 teaspoons Maple syrup

Cinnamon

Unsweetened plant based yogurt

Directions:

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl, top with berries, sprinkle on the cinnamon, drizzle on maple syrup, add yogurt and stir.

Note: Mill your own flax seed in a coffee grinder and then store in the freezer to preserve the greatest health properties. You can purchase the pumpkins seeds, chia seeds, hemp hearts, berries, maple syrup (pure & organic), and cinnamon at Costco for a more cost effective price.
