Asian Salad
1 - full bag frozen edamame (shelled)
1/2 - 16 ounce bag frozen corn
1/2 - 16 ounce bag frozen green beans
1/2 - 16 ounce bag frozen baby peas
1 inch - ginger grated
1 - small can water chestnuts
4 - full scallions
Dr. Braggs Liquid Aminos
Toasted sesame oil
Himalayan salt
White pepper
Directions:
defrost all veggies, mix together
drain and add water chestnuts
grate ginger over veggies
chop up all scallions and add
I add the last four ingredients to taste.
Toss
You could add some healthy Ramen noodles crunched on top for extra flare!
